Pastor Segun Michael teaches that believers are like arrows in Christ’s quiver, called to spiritual warfare and revival through obedience.

Arrows In The Master's Quiver 3 — Pastor Segun Michael
Bring and men back unto God through Jesus Christ, who shared the world, become a sparkless blameless unto the very end, bring and men back unto God through Jesus Christ, who shared the world, become a sparkless blameless until the very end, To wit that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them. And had committed unto us the word of reconciliation. This message that you're about to hear is from the word of life reconciliation out. We pray that as you listen, may your encounter with God be unforgettable. Praise the Lord. We worship God for another great opportunity to worship to fellowship at his feet and to feed at the table with the master feast with the master. We celebrate his awesomeness. We give him praise for his following. He is worthy to be praised. And wherever you are, I will appreciate if you will worship God with us. Just give him praise tonight and worship him from the depth of your heart. Sing praises to his name Jehovah. Worship him, give him adoration. Our master, our savior, our redeemer. Tell him thank you, tell him thank you. Ọkan mi OLUWA. You will grant unto us Oh, Lord, clearer revelation that will push us ahead and cause us to fly with freedom. As your word come forth tonight, it will melt down all mindset. It will melt down all religion. It will melt down all everything that does not glorify your name. And you alone, you alone will be master of our destiny. Thank you, blessed Redeemer. In Jesus' mighty name we have prayed. Amen. Once again, good evening, everybody. I love to read from you. Okay, I'm already seeing messages. Oh, wonderful, wonderful. Several of us are online already. Wonderful. Thank you for coming on board tonight. You are in You are blessed in the name of the Lord. All right, we are going to be looking at the concluding part of the series we have started on the topic Arrows in the Master's Quiver. The Lord helped us to see that arrows are instruments of warfare. And tonight, I'd like to tell you that arrows here are not material things, but are personalities that are in the hands of the master for revival. I'd like to tell us tonight that arrows here are not just instruments. They are not just material things. They are not all. They are not candles. They are not kanchies. They are not gardias. They are not cover clothes. They are not mantus. They are just you. They are human beings, personalities who belong to God. Personalities in the custody of Jesus of our Master, for revival, for the end-time revival. That's why that Psalm 127, we read the other time, said that he will have his quiver full of them will not be put to shame. It simply means that if children are arrows, then they will bring glory to their Father. It means that if God will help us to present ourselves, to make ourselves available for the Master's use, as arrows, as instruments of warfare, the war here is not war against um the person who is not allowing me make money. The war here is not against the person that has blocked me from promotion. The war here is not the war against um the person that does not greet me in my neighborhood. The war here is not war against my enemies in our families. The war here is against darkness. Darkness here represents sin and every design of the enemy to take men away from God. The war here is to be able to capture men into the kingdom of our Father. Praise the name of the Lord. So, you see that the matter we have been treating for long is about God raising us to become instruments of warfare. Please, warfare again is not raising us to become prayer contractors. It's not raising us to become demon, people who cast out demons, who go around doing some wonderful, wonderful things that will make people clap. No, but to is raising us first and foremost to bring light. Light unto men. How is His world? He's raising us to become men who will convey the mind of God to men such that they will now be convinced that they're in darkness and then they come into light. The warfare here is to shift the territory of the enemy. May I quickly tell you that victory against every battle the enemy has raised is in our obedience to God. Not necessarily the number of hours we have fasted to defeat the enemy. Victory against the enemy of our destiny is in our obedience. Obedience is the first first matter that guarantees victory, that guarantees power, that guarantees sustainer. Obedience, if you will obey, you will eat the fruit of the land. Hmm. So, I'd like to say this to us tonight. That's why the Deuteronomy chapter 28 say, if thou shall hearken diligently to the voice of the Lord thy God. If thou shall hearken diligently to the voice of the Lord thy God, He will lift you above all nations of the earth. Obedience gives you the mind of Christ. Obedience, bring God into the journey of your destiny. So, if a man is not in obedience, no amount of fasting can make him very, very, make him victorious. He can only enjoy some some things that everyone can enjoy. And I said it in one of the teachings that if all you have is what Satan can give them, it does not make you a child of God. People are not believers can make money. So if you make money, doesn't make you like a believer. People who are not believers can have children. So if you have children, it doesn't make you a believer. People who are not believers can own, they can have good jobs. If you have good jobs, it doesn't make you a believer. There is something that makes us believers, and that's one thing Satan cannot offer. Obedience, holiness, obedience, holiness, obedience, holiness. Instruments of warfare. Instruments, men that God can use to disgrace Satan. To expand the kingdom. To do exploits. And the Lord raised Deborah. As she became a judge. She raised raised Barak. Unfortunately, the man was was a fearful person. Instruments of warfare. Instruments of warfare. Number two, we saw that I'm just going to be brief tonight and I expect you to ask questions. I'm just going to be brief tonight. Number two tonight is that we saw that the quiver here is our place of nourishment is our place of cover. Where we enjoy security. We enjoy cover for our lives. And the the Lord gave us very clear is the example from the book of Genesis chapter two and chapter three. We saw that in chapter two, brother Adam had no reason to go and fast so that he will not be attacked by lion. Even lion will bow to Adam because lion saw God in Adam. He had this cover. The cover is called glory. The presence of God in the life of a believer will not open him to disgrace. The presence of God in the life of a believer is his sure security. The Lord is my refuge and my strength. The presence of God in the life of a believer guarantee his safety, his security. Adam enjoyed the cover of God. Another thing we saw was that he enjoyed the cover of God. So there was no struggle for whatever he wanted. The Lord covered him. There was no need to look for clothes. His glory, shaded, covered his shame. The glory of God enveloped him and no one could see the nakedness of our God. It means if God be for us, we cannot be naked. We cannot be naked. When a man is naked, he's ordinary. When a man is naked, he's is in danger. He's vulnerable. When a man is naked, it means he is powerless. Believers, may I quickly tell you, Adam had the glory of God on him. So our quiver supplies cover, supplies security. Security here may not necessarily mean to be shielded from danger alone. Even to be shielded from financial mess. I I remember very clearly how the Lord made provision for a brother, brother Elijah, when there was nobody to respond to his need. The Lord made provision with a raven, the most greedy creature on earth. And the Lord used the creature to feed Elijah. Excuse me. And then when the Lord stopped that, it means that even in the journey of our life, the Lord can raise men to supply our needs. He can also stop them. Don't hold on to them so that the other door is preparing to open, we open. Anytime the Lord is raising a man and you choose to hold on to the man and not letting go when God wants to take you away, you will block the chances of receiving a greater opening. And please, can I tell you this? That anytime you succumb and begin to worship the one the Lord provided to supply, you become an idol worshipper. You will lose the presence, you will lose the presence of God, you will lose the supply of God. So the Lord stopped the raven and raised the widow of Zarephath. Security, security. I've had so many people who would meet me in life and say, Pastor Michael, that was a great one. Okay, I'm going to do this. I sincerely instantly I shot it out of my mind because if no one can receive a set that has been given from above. Security. If we are in the quiver, it is not our business to provide security. It is the Lord's business. Financial and every form of security. Can I pray for somebody tonight? Tonight, the Lord will bring you back into the quiver. And you will enjoy divine security on your life. Divine security all your life. Please, it does not include being taken away from persecution. Persecution is an examination point in the course of destiny. where your faith is being tested, where your grip on the Lord is being asserted. It does not include being tested being being being persecuted. No, no, no, no. Even when you're being persecuted, you see, the Bible says he is by your side. Dan chapter three when they were persecuted, the Lord was with them. When they threw them into the into the fire, he was with them in the fire. So the fire could not hurt them. It didn't stop them from throwing them into the fire. They went into the fire, but the Lord was with them, and then he brought evidence out for all to know. I pray for somebody tonight. Oil has been your security. What has been your security? But tonight you will lose all of that, and His presence will envelop your destiny. In the name of Jesus. Amen. So, we saw that our quiver is our place of nourishment, our place of um security. And it is also it is also our um it is also our place where we are being shaped. It is the place where we are being shaped, Jesus into this into the shape the Lord desire of our life. Where we are being shaped. That's why I told you the disciple to come. I will make you mark 1:17. And the Bible says called 12 27 and then he he decided, he decided to call select 12 out of the multitude. He selected 12 out of the multitude that they will be with him. that he may send them. Sending them is conditional, being with him is compulsory. Hallelujah. Somebody is being shaped tonight. You know, when you struggle with when you struggle with fornication, you struggle with lust, you struggle with cheating, you struggle with money, money controls your destiny, you struggle with a lot of things. Then you see God, if a man gets into the quiver, he is being Jesus. He will be Jesus, he will be shaped, and then you look like Jesus. You carry his image, and you look exactly like him. Praise the name of the Lord. I like to show us something different tonight. I mean, the concluding part, if we are done with this stage, this particular the first was telling us about the arrows. The second was telling us about the quiver. The quiver, what the quiver does for a believer. And then I'd like to tonight, we are going to be talking about the subject, the quiver itself. What is this quiver? So that we can go into it. What is this quiver? We have to know the quiver. If we do not know the quiver, we may not know what we are talking about. So tonight we are going to consider this quiver. What is this quiver? This quiver that we have been talking about, so many of us are very repeatedly that um quiver, you will go into his quiver and you will be energized in his quiver, you will be empowered in his quiver, you will be blessed in his quiver. But what is the quiver itself? Oh, I I left something. I thank God I saw it. Somebody said, one of the things I saw last week that the Lord said that touched me, the Lord said to us last two weeks ago and he said that the quiver, is a place where we receive life. Life, car, where we receive life. Life, if we are not in the quiver, we have no life. We have no life. If we are not in the quiver, there is no life. Oh God! The quiver is a place where we receive life. All right, tonight we are going to be looking at the quiver itself. What's this quiver? That's why it's going to be the concluding part is going to be brief. What is this quiver? Please permit me to have this picture to the standing scriptures. We have some scriptures already standing. Let me have this one to eat. Acts of Apostles chapter 1. Acts of Apostles chapter 1. Acts of Apostles chapter 1 and um, I like to start from verse one. I like to start the reading from verse one if you are there now. I want to start the reading from verse one. The former treaties have This. The former treaties have I made oh Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and to teach, until the day in which he was taken up. After that, he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen. Did you see? Last week we saw how he chose 12, I mean, two weeks ago we saw how he chose 12, to whom also he showed himself alive after his passion. By many infallible proofs, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God. And being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem. That waits for the promise of the Father, which saith, He, He have heard of me. For John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost. Not many days ends. When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, "Lord, will thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?" And he said unto them, "It is not for you to know the times or the season, which the Father hath put his own which the Father hath put in his own power." But ye shall receive power after the Holy…
