Hymn xl – FATHER, we meet again in the name of Jesus | C&S English Hymnary

Father, we meet again in the name of Jesus, And we bow at Your feet, Again we lift our voices to You, To seek mercy and to sing praise. We are not worthy of Your great love, We have strayed far from You, But earnestly You keep on calling, So we have come, we have returned home, Father. We strayed like sheep without a shepherd, We were lost like a dog that cannot hear the hunter, We have wandered away from You, Father, Forgive us, Father, and draw us close.
