THANKSGIVING, THE MYSTERY TO TOTAL RECOVERY — Prophet Cherub Obadare

That is too faithful. Just can you just think like 10, 15 years ago, Have have you enjoyed God's faithfulness? You are new every morning. New every morning. Jesus! Listen! You remember when it was like you will never become anything in life. Some of you may never have gone through that before. But I can tell you I have been through such in my life where it looks like nothing will happen again. But he said to me, "I am your Father." This is the way you father me. Ah! This is the way you father me. Lord I know. Listen! Love is the way you father me. Is the father of the fatherless. Is the father of those who have father. Is the afghan is the father Listen, listen, listen. John said, he said what an amazing thing that we should be called the children of God. Listen to me. Listen to me, when you are called somebody's child, the person become the source and he takes responsibility. He is responsible. Let me have a full call. Listen. Let this come from your heart. I want to thank God for his love and his faithfulness. upon everyone in this ministry, individuals, families, everyone we we thank God for what the Lord is doing. Last week the Lord gave us a world of prophecy. for the rest of the year and I like you to not take it for granted. Many of us are familiar with thosesays the Lord. And so, because you are familiar with it, you you relate with it without familiarity. And because of that, it becomes a challenge most often for many people to key or enjoy what the Lord is given or what the Lord is saying. Hallelujah. Um by the grace of God, we are going to be looking at Thanksgiving the mystery for total recovery. Write it down. Very important. Uh by the grace of God, I trust God that before December, The Bible says, "When the Lord turned the captivity of Zion, they were like they a dream. That was not enough. He said, "Our mouth was filled with laughter and our tongue with singing. Before 31st of this year, you are going to celebrate. You will be celebrated. If you are the one I'm praying for, let your amen be the loudest. Thanksgiving is a spiritual strategy that many believers don't employ. We have been told and we have been taught for long that wait until God do something, then you thank him. Wait until he does it. To a point, some people will have to be forced by prophecy and say, "Go seven days, seven week Thanksgiving. To encourage them. When you tell them, they say, "I'm still waiting for what you will do. And that's why I love that song um Mrs. Akande used to sing. Oh Lord, I am ready to sing your praise. I no go wait until you do me something. Listen! Listen! That you could open your mouth. Something has been done to you. Is a spiritual strategy. Thanksgiving. I I I began to look at the account of Jesus's miracle. There was no one who gave thanks after the miracle. Study very well please. Jesus. What what one of the places in in John chapter 6, give me from verse 11, very important. John 6 and verse 11. Give me in the King James version, John chapter 6 and verse 11. Thanksgiving is an expression of faith. He say, "And Jesus took the loaves. Listen, there were over 10,000 people here. The Bible said about 5,000 men apart from children and their wives, so if you multiply that, over 10,000. And Jesus took the loaves and when he had given thanks, for us, we will wait for multiplication. We will not say, "Okay, give thanks." Now, I want you to look at this strategy that multiplies the little in the hand of a man. Thanksgiving. If you have to recover anything in a short while, it is thanksgiving. Listen, it is not prayer. It's not prayer request or prayer points that make something happen in a second. It's thanksgiving. He said, "And Jesus took the loaves and he and as and when he had given thanks, This is not just a a one-off pattern. I will show you another place. It's a pattern that cause for an emergency. The power of God. Now listen, he said, "And Jesus took the loaves and when he had given thanks, he distributed the Listen, listen. How do you explain two fishes, five loaves of bread. Which prayer will multiply that? And you know, as I was waiting on the Lord for what to say this morning, the Lord told me, he said, "Prayer is faith for what I can do. Thanksgiving is faith for what I what what I have done and what I am able to do. Listen, let me show you. Let me show you. I wrote it down. Prayer is an expression of faith in what God can do. Thanksgiving is an expression of faith in what God has done. So, are you saying I can't see it? I believe it, he has done it. And that's why I'm thanking him. So, there are two different things. You can pray and say, "God, I trust you, you will do it." And that person say, "God, I thank you because you have done it." Can we say, "It is time we keep some prayer points and start some Thanksgiving points?" Can you list 10 things? Change your prayer. Listen to me, some of us have asked to a point that we don't know how to say thank you again. Such that when you what you ask for, when it start happening, you are so used to asking that you are not used to thanking him. And say, "God, the one I ask you last week, I know you have done it. I'm asking again. Says, "And Jesus took the loaves and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples and disciples to them that were and the disciples to them that set that were set down and likewise of the fishes as much as they would. Give me verse 12. And when they were filled, he said unto his disciples, "Gather up the fr- Is anybody here that needs multiplication? Do you need increase? Tell your neighbor say, "Give thanks." Just wake up. And all this struggle for, you know, I just want a you know. Listen. Listen, there's no breakthrough that comes fast in the life of a man that that is not preceded by Thanksgiving. And listen to me, the prophecy the Lord gave me because I was asking I was actually waiting on the Lord till this morning and the Lord told me, he said, "Tell them the the the way to total recovery is Thanksgiving. Can you just for the rest of the year just give thanks? Can you be disciplined enough to do that? Many of us may not be able to do that. You are so used to asking that even when there's nothing to ask, you are still asking. Can you be disciplined? You know some of you you are like, "What about our prayer retreat? Don't you know you can have a Thanksgiving retreat? Is you know, is a strange thing in a church or in the body of Christ today where people say we have retreat of thanksgiving. Hallelujah. The Bible says and they were all filled. He said unto his disciples, "Gather the fragments that remain, that nothing be lost. Why? It was gotten by thanksgiving. Nothing must be lost. The increase didn't come by the labor of man. It came by God. You will see increase like never before. I want you to employ and use the strategy. Wake up every day and say, "God, all I have to say is thank you. Whenever I see another breaking, What will you say? Say that, I will say "Thank you, thank you, thank you Lord." Whenever I see another making of the day, I will say "Thank you." I will say "Thank you, Lord." I want you to be at a Thanksgiving default setting. You know what it called something at a default setting? Many of us we have been so at the at at um the a request default setting that you ask and ask and ask and ask. Tell every person, "Switch." When you press a particular button, you keep pressing. You keep pressing. If it's not working, you switch. For the from now, I'm instructing you as your pastor. And see, the Bible says, "It says test and see and you will know. And the Lord is good. Wake up from now till December. Can you just just just try to discipline your mind and say, "I will thank him for the rest of the year." He said, "When men praise, the earth yield its increase." Now, there's something about Thanksgiving and increase. There's something about Thanksgiving and multiplication. The Bible says in Luke 17 from verse 12. The Bible says, "Tell lepers, Give me- Give me Luke 17 and from verse 12. Luke 17 and from verse 12. Thanksgiving is an expression of faith.
